| Interesting stuff.
So, life has been crazy. But, I bet the same has been for
everyone else too. It seems to get that way in the spring.
Which is one reason why I love the spring so much. There are so
many more wonderful things to do, and it just makes people
happier. And I like happy people.

| Oh, my, I guess it has been a month since I was last on Xanga. I
had actually forgotten all about it. Life has been SO
crazy. Good crazy though. And now... that I actually get on
here to post... I can't think of anything to say.
Did anyone miss me?

| Well, Sage and me just finished another adventure.
There has been a bird in my fireplace for the last two days. I
called the non-emergency fire number and no one would respond so, I
called my homeowners association. No answer. So, I just
leave the bird to his own defenses - I think. Yeah, apparently,
he was clever enough to get into my furnace. Don't ask me how - I'm not
quite sure. Meanwhile, Sage is really wanting to sink her teeth
into some nice white bird meat. She's going crazy with this bird
fluttering around and with just a white vent grate thing keeping her
from a prize meal. I take off the grate and hope to catch the
bird so I can release it and let it live it's life. I do lock Sage up
first though so I can hopefully get the bird out. But,
apparently, the bird has a mind of its own (stupid things!)
It flys out at me (and I see the scene from Hitchcock's "Birds" flash
in my mind) and flys into my bedroom where it decides to perch on my
cabana roof. I run to the sliding glass door to open it and then
the bird flys into my bathroom and into the mirror several times before
returning to perch on my canopy over my bed. The entire time, I'm
worried about it pooping on my new canopy or bedspread (how
domestic!) Finally after much hoopla and fluttering and
screaming, it decides it is unwanted company and leaves.
Oh, and in true "Lisa" fashion - I got pictures of the whole thing in case you don't believe me!!!
I hope you all have a very nice restful Saturday. I sure didn't!!!! :)
